to several bridge building and repair projects going on.
Club and Federation meetings are

: Club meeting – Gerry Rodeo
Grounds Dining Hall at 7:30PM
Special presentation and
demonstration of the new C.S.S. safety snowmobile lighting system. This
device is a mounted light that shows oncoming traffic the condition of
the trail ahead of them: Green
light = that you are the end of a group or riding alone; Yellow (amber) light
= traffic is approaching; and flashing yellow (amber) = trail hazard
ahead or rider needs help. Using this mounted light allows for a driver
to alert oncoming traffic without leaving the handlebars except for a
second to change the color of light and only when conditions call for it. The Communication Safety
System device is easy to see during the day and much easier to see at
night then our traditional hand signals, making our trails safer
and our riders more informed. There
will be a limited supply of C.S.S. units available at the meeting for
purchase. Retail price for one unit $79.00, but the deomonstrator is
offering a discount to $60.00.

$4.00 for lunch. No pre-registration needed. Must be 10 years of age or older day of class.

December 2nd and Thursday, December 4th, 2008 - NYS Snowmobile Safety
Course - Randolph Fire Hall, Randolph NY (Cattaraugus County)

youth & adult course; pre-registration is appreciated. This is 2 day
course- Must attend both sessions on 12/2 & 12/4. Must be 10 years of age or older day of class.

Class for OPRHP (Parks) Certification - A class for New York State
OPRHP's (Parks) Groomer Operator Certification will be held at Webb's
Year-Round Resort & Restaurant, on Rt. 394, Mayville, NY.
Please arrive at 8:00 AM. The class will start promptly at 8:30 AM. It
will last approximately 4 hours. It is open to and recommended for all
groomer operators of all snowmobile clubs. The class and all distributed
class materials are provided without cost to those attending.
Refreshments and coffee will be provided. You must call and reserve a
seat by Monday, December 1st, 2008. To reserve your seat in the class:
